PUBG Mobile Godzilla collaboration event offers mythic costumes, exclusive finishes, and a rewarding Prize Path system.

Back in March 2025, when PUBG Mobile dropped the news about a Godzilla collaboration, my inner monster movie fan absolutely lost it. I kid you not, I had been waiting for a Kaiju-themed event for ages. The event kicked off on March 28, 2025, and ran all the way until May 26, giving us plenty of time to dive into the chaos. As someone who’s been through countless collabs—from TEKKEN 8 to Spider-Man—this one promised mythic costumes and exclusive finishes that screamed “must-have.” So, I grabbed my phone, loaded up the game, and prepared to unleash some serious Kaiju energy on the battleground.

The Prize Path That Hooked Me

The heart of the event was a Prize Path system, and unlocking it cost just 600 UC. Honestly, that price was a steal for what you got. The path had 30 levels, stuffed with Godzilla-inspired goodies. Right from level 1, I snagged the Godzilla Chomp Helmet—a wicked headpiece that made my character look ready to bite through a skyscraper. But the real treasures were the two mythic outfits: the classic Godzilla Costume and the Burning Godzilla Costume. These weren’t just reskins; they transformed your whole look with fiery details and monstrous vibes.

At level 20, I got to choose one of the mythic outfits, and at level 30, I grabbed the other. This clever design meant you could walk away with both if you committed to the grind. Along the way, other items popped up: a Mini Godzilla Ornament that dangled from my weapon, a Burning Godzilla Molotov finish that turned every firebomb into a miniature inferno, and a Godzilla: King of the Monsters Backpack that looked like it had scales. I mean, who wouldn’t want a backpack that roars? There was even a Heat Ray emote at level 16—perfect for intimidating enemies before a firefight.

The Grind and the Goodies

Now, let me tell you, the grind to level 30 wasn’t a walk in the park, but it was doable. After unlocking the prize path, I jumped into the mission section. Each completed mission handed out path points, and you could earn a maximum of 8,180 points by the end. Missions ranged from simple tasks like playing a certain number of matches, landing in specific spots, or dealing damage. I found that teaming up with my regular squad made it fly by—we’d crack jokes about Godzilla stomping through Erangel while racking up points.

Level 7 gave me the Burning Godzilla Molotov finish (which I already mentioned), and level 23 delivered the Burning Godzilla Grenade finish—every explosion left a scorching, radioactive glow. Reaching level 10 unlocked that epic backpack finish, and oh boy, did it turn heads in the lobby. And the Heat Ray emote at 16? I can’t count how many times I used it after wiping a squad; it felt like a personal victory roar straight out of a Toho film.

The path also tossed in lucky spin vouchers, luck tokens, and throwable finishes, so even between levels, I was stacking up currency for the complementary Lucky Spin section. That spin had its own set of rewards, from special avatar frames to social player cards. If I had leftover points after hitting level 30, they converted to lucky coins at a 10:1 ratio—talk about a win-win!

The Mythic Outfits Up Close

Let me gush about the mythic costumes for a second. The Godzilla Costume was classic—deep charcoal grey with those iconic dorsal fins glowing blue. When I equipped it, I felt like I could charge into a hot drop and survive just on sheer Kaiju swagger. The Burning Godzilla Costume, though, was a whole other beast. It had pulsing orange cracks and an inner fire that made my character appear constantly on the verge of a nuclear meltdown. Paired with the Burning Godzilla Tomahawk (an upgradable machete finish), I was a walking disaster. Honestly, landing a melee kill with that thing while dressed as Burning Godzilla? Pure cinema.

Was It Worth the UC?

If you’re asking me, dropping 600 UC for the Prize Path was a no-brainer. For less than the cost of a premium battle pass, I walked away with two mythic outfits, multiple legendary finishes, an emote, and a stack of extra items for the lucky spin. And if someone wanted to skip the grind, they could drop 5,560 UC to instantly reach level 30—I didn’t go that route, but I can see the appeal for players short on time.

Looking back from 2026, this collab remains one of my favorite PUBG Mobile events. The Godzilla theme felt tailor-made for the game’s chaos, and the rewards were top-tier. If PUBG ever runs it again or brings another Toho monster into the mix, I’ll be the first in line. Until then, I’ll keep wearing my Burning Godzilla outfit, dropping into Pochinki, and scaring the daylights out of unsuspecting squads. Roar on, soldiers.
